Consistency
Upon last post I was sitting nice with 2k, well with the rollercoaster of poker has taken me for a ride where I hit a low point of $1,500 but I turned it around and I am currently sitting @ $1,660 as of this post.
I have consistently two-tabled 1/2 NL (6-handed) as always and my biggest swing was -$300 in one session, overall I think I have kept it level and I defiantly do not see anything bigger than a -$500 swing at risk to my bankroll. That leave's me options to ca$h out some of it or just keep building it to maintain a game @ 2/4 NL. Speaking of 2/4....
...I sat down at a 2/4 NL tonight bought in for $400 but after 30 mins or so I decided I wasn't ready for this game. Average pre-flop raise was $14-18 and everyone bought in for the max (at least at my table), I enjoy picking off 1/2 NL tables when there are multiple short-stacks, because of the weaker predicted play. I am sure there are just as many fi$h in 2/4 NL but I want to be ready to take a -$800 swing if need be and to be honest I'm not ready with my current online bankroll of $1,660.
I have around 1,000 party points and I spent 200 on this march madness ticket event they got going on. This bought me two tickets, for the "lottery" per-se, so we will see what happens. I'm not expecting anything but it's something to do on the side. I would like to play some tournaments maybe with $50-100 buy-ins but it hasn't been of high-priority and I have been busy with other things.
