Weekend Report (12/9 - 12/11)

Rollercoaster.... Weeeee!!!

What a ride this weekend was up, down, everywhere. Started off around $380 something on Partypoker. Then Friday night I got down to $180 at the 3/6 Limit!! I took a 10 minute break grabbed a beer and pretty much said "Lets go for it or go broke, no sense it grinding now", so I jumped into the 5/10 Limit with $180. Honestly, about 2hrs later I was up to around $500 something. A good string of cards with no suckouts and I was back on track. At my peak I was maybe around $580 but by the end of the weekend I ended out tonight back around $408.

I have learned ALOT about playing Limit online in the past week or so, and I have tighted up my game and stopped playing a few hands due to the leaks I found in Pokertracker. I have also downloaded AceHUD and if you are playing Partypoker without either of these two programs you may want to give them a shot, they are worth every penny (especially when multi-tabling).

Limit is a grind and eventually, avoiding suckouts, I will make money. With all the pokerpoints or whatever they're called I have recieved lately I played in two tournaments today. I played in the PPV IV Sub-qualifier for 500 points, got knocked out my KK vs AQ all-in preflop and then I played in the Jet Promo Main Event Qualifier for 500 points, got knocked out 100th something of 500ish when it came AAQ, guy makes a weak bet I push. Oops he's got an ace. If you don't know I hate tournaments. There is too much luck and pre-flop pushing to make the final table. I still have another 1,000 points or so, I guess I will just keep taking free-shots at these tournaments, I would really like to grab a seat in the Jet Promo as there are some really cool prizes.

On a completly non-poker note, I hit up a party saturday (aka stripapalooza) that had 4-strippers at it from some company called Amazing Entertainment. I saw Gezelle, Angel, Brandi, and Maci get buck naked and do some crazy shit. Good times!!!
